RALEIGH NC DJ AWARDSOur Awards In addition to being a former North Carolina DJ of the Year, Brian Pate has been nominated as Southeast Region DJ of the Year 8 times and North Carolina DJ of the Year 9 times by the Dixie Dance Kings Record Pool (Atlanta, GA). Brian is also the only two time winner of the Raleigh Battle of the DJs, a member of the Raleigh Battle of the DJs Hall of Fame, and a two time competitor in the National DJ Championship. In 2006, the Triangle Business Journal named Brian to their “40 Under 40 Hall of Fame” where he was honored as one of the up and coming business people in the Triangle area of North Carolina. Brian Pate Entertainment has produced many events throughout North Carolina, but most of our work is done locally in Wake Forest and in nearby Franklin County. The Town of Wake Forest hired BPE in 2008 to kick off the town’s 100th anniversary with First Light Wake Forest. The event featured The Voltage Brothers as well as fireworks and many activities for the children. BPE also supplied support for 7 of the town’s Centennial Celebrations including lighting, sound, video and staging. Our 2009 work is highlighted by many festivals here in North Carolina including the Meet In The Street Festival, Relay For Life, the Tar River Festival, Good Neighbor Day, The Autumn Arts Festival and the Wake Forest July 4th Celebration. Not only did we provide DJs and other entertainment for these events, but also sound for bands, lighting, video and production support. In addition to our festival events, we also played over 40 weddings in 2009. Couples from as far away as Athens, Georgia and Charlotte, NC called on Brian Pate Entertainment DJs to preside over their once in a lifetime events as DJ and Master of Ceremonies. Along with that, Brian Pate Entertainment also provided emcees for over 20 events in 2009 including the 1st Annual Purple Heart Dinner, Wakefield High School’s football banquet, The Rolesville and Wake Forest Christmas Parades, and the Wake Forest Chamber of Commerce Spelling Bee. 2010 was another busy year with many events including a return for our 12th year to Meet In The Street and our 11th year at the July 4th Celebration in Wake Forest. In addition we played 11 weddings, 10 school dances and 19 corporate events along with the Tar River Festival, National Night Out and Good Neighbor Day festivals. New to our company in 2010 was our new sound system for bands. That’s right, you can now rent a sound system big enough to handle an 8 piece band and an experienced sound engineer to run the board! Many of our festivals require a large enough sound system and mixing board for multiple bands to play at the same event so we delivered it! 2011 promises to be our biggest year ever so book your favorite member of the Brian Pate Entertainment DJ Team today! We are proud members of the Wake Forest Chamber of Commerce, the Rolesville Chamber of Commerce, the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce, the Zebulon Chamber of Commerce, the Triangle DJ Association, and the Raleigh Wedding DJs Association. |
